Leanmode is a stimulant free fat burner, which is designed to help users lose weight and cut fat—fast. It is targeted towards both men and women who are struggling to make progress with weight loss, but who want to avoid stimulants.

If you are struggling to decide between Lean mode powder vs capsules, they are identical, so from an efficacy standpoint, there is nothing in it. Our personal preference is capsules for weight loss just because it is a lot more convenient when you are on the go.

Who Is Leanmode Designed For?
Leanmode doesn’t specify a particular gender whom this product is designed for. The product packaging is very gender neutral, unlike other supplements which can appear very masculine.

At first look, we are relieved to see that Leanmode doesn’t hide its formula behind a so-called ‘proprietary blend.’

So, to see the ingredient dosages clearly displayed is a very good start. The first major drawback we can see is that there are only 5 core ingredients and some antioxidants like Turmeric and Cayenne Pepper are not used here.

Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA)
Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) may sound a little intimidating, but it is a naturally present fatty acid found in meat and dairy products.
This fatty acid is supposed to coerce the body into using fat as an energy source, while also defending the use of lean muscle for fuel.
This helps the user to shed the pounds where it matters, without losing hard-earned muscles. For this reason, CLA is often used in diet products.
Some studies have backed up its effectiveness, but more research is required before we are convinced. Even so, CLA is a popular ingredient, so we are not surprised to see it included in Leanmode.
Garcinia Cambogia
Garcinia cambogia is one of those ingredients you hear a lot about these days.
It contains a compound called hydroxycitric acid. This affects the chemical receptors in the brain that are responsible for the feeling of hunger.
The ingredient is used in many weight loss supplements, due to its effectiveness. Clinical trials have supported its value for weight loss, so it’s good to see this ingredient used in Leanmode.
500 mg is also a great dosage, sure to help suppress your appetite.
Green Tea Leaf Extract
Green tea is yet another ingredient which is famous for its health-boosting properties. It seems that everywhere you look nowadays, there is a green tea-based product.

Some studies have shown that supplementation with acetyl L-carnitine is beneficial in boosting energy levels which can help you to push that little bit harder during your workout.
Whether this ingredient is as effective as the others is up for debate. Either way, as it’s a naturally produced compound, it is unlikely to do any harm.

Raspberry ketones also boost the rate of fat burning throughout the day and during exercise.
Overall though, we think Leanmode has a sound enough formula. We just can’t put it at the top of the pile when it comes boosting your metabolism.
