How Does 310 Shake Work?
Unlike many weight loss products on the market, protein shakes for weight loss are unique in that they actually contain calories.
The idea is that you choose to skip a meal, usually breakfast or lunch, and replace it with one of these 310 Shakes.
310 Shake is a low-calorie meal replacement shake that contains a blend of protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals.
310 Shake contains 15 grams of protein, 5 grams of fiber, and 2 different vitamins and minerals. It is also low in calories at just 110 calories per serving.
The 310 Shake is a pretty straightforward weight loss product. You simply replace one meal per day with a 310 Shake and watch the pounds melt away.
310 Shake is a bit different than other weight loss shakes on the market because it uses plant-based proteins such as pea, brown rice, and pumpkin.
It also contains a plant-based sweetener and is available in four different flavors. 310 Shake is also low in calories at just 110 calories per serving.
What Are the Ingredients in 310 Meal Replacement Shake?
The ingredients list in the 310 Shakes is long, very long.
Covering all of them would be a lot and I am sure you wouldn’t read through every ingredient so we will just cover the main ones.
310 Tri-Plex Protein Blend
This is their blend of pOrganic Pea Protein Isolate, organic brown rice protein and organic pumpkin protein. Pea protein is a vegan protein source that is high in iron and branched-chain amino acids. Rice protein is another vegan protein source that is hypoallergenic and easy to digest. Pumpkin protein is unique because it is a complete protein, meaning it contains all 9 essential amino acids.
This blend of proteins provides a solid base of amino acids to help support muscle growth and repair.
Vitamin and Mineral Blend
310 Shake contains a blend of 26 different vitamins and minerals. This includes calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, zinc, and copper.
This blend of vitamins and minerals helps to support a healthy immune system, bones, and teeth.
Fiber & Superfood Blend
310 Shake contains 5 grams of fiber per serving and this blend uses oat fiber, carrot root and celery seed along with 22 other superfoods rich in antioxidants for full body health.
Digestive Blend
The digestive blend contains a group of ingredients to promote a balance of good gut bacteria. This blend uses mainly amylases, lactase and lipase to accomplish this.
Adaptogen Blend
310 Shake contains an adaptogen blend to help the body better cope with stress. This blend uses ingredients such as ashwagandha, rhodiola and holy basil.
That’s a Lot of Blends
That is a lot of blends. Do all of those blends do what they say they will do? It’s hard to say since they are all proprietary blends so they don’t list how much of each ingredient is in there.
With an ingredient list that long though it is safe to say that some of the ingredients in there are in small amounts.

310 Shake Benefits & Effectiveness
The best part about this meal replacement? It’s only 110 calories per serving! That’s less than most other low-calorie options out there. And with 1 gram of fat and 7 grams of total carbs (including fiber), it fits into your diet without any problems whatsoever – even if you’re watching what goes into ketosis or just looking to cut down on sugar intake in general.
The bottom line is that despite claiming to be a great meal replacement, this isn’t really a dense source of carbs and fat. This might not matter too much if you eat other meals with some protein or just have something else along those lines as well – but it does mean your stomach may growl louder than expected at night.
The advantage it has is the focus on digestion, with a billion probiotic bacteria and prebiotic fiber which may improve your digestive system’s ability to absorb nutrients.
310 Shake might be a decent product if you want something low-calorie to help with weight loss. But there are other options out there that have more food-like qualities to them and may do a better job at keeping you full throughout the day – especially if you’re looking to drop some serious pounds.
Price of the 310 Shake
It might be a bit daring to put the price in here since inflation has prices changing like crazy nowadays, but here goes. The cost of the 28-serving bag as I am writing this is $89 on their website, which breaks down to about $3.17 per serving which isn't too bad. I have seen some meal replacements that are over $6 per serving which seems pretty ridiculous.
The nice thing is you can subscribe and save 25% with a subscription, which is probably the best savings I have seen with a subscription, usually it's only around 10%.
Shipping is free if you spend over $99. Anything less than that and it will cost you.
The Taste of the 310 Shake
310 Shake has a flavor I never would have expected from their line of zero-sugar drinks. Salted Caramel is delicious, and not too sweet with just natural flavors for sweetness instead! It's milder than some other options on the menu-- perfect if you want something that still tastes authentic but doesn't pack quite so many calories or extra sugar.
I good way to spruce up the shake would be to mix up the vanilla or chocolate flavor with some almond milk and peanut butter to make a bit of a Reece's Peanut Butter Cup flavor. That's always a good mixture.
Side Effects with the 310 Shake
310 Shake is very low calorie, which can sometimes lead to feeling lightheaded or dizzy if you're not used to it. It's also important to make sure you're getting enough water throughout the day when drinking this or any meal replacement, as fiber can cause constipation if you don't stay hydrated.
Will 310 Shake Help You Lose Weight?
The 310 Shake is very low in calories so it can certainly help you lose weight as a meal substitute.
The problem you will likely still be pretty hungry after consuming a meal replacement shake that is only 110 calories. If you can fight the hunger and not eat a bunch of snacks after the 310 Shake you should be able to lose weight but it won't be easy to fight those cravings.

Final Thoughts
The 310 Shake is a low-calorie meal replacement shake that can help you lose weight. However, it is not very filling because of the low-calorie content and some people may not like the taste. If you are looking for a meal replacement shake that is more filling and tastes better, there are other options available, like the Phenq Meal Replacement Shake which we have rated as the best meal replacement shake for weight loss.
It is packed with vitamins and probiotics and is pretty reasonably priced so if you can fight off the cravings it might be a good option for you.
