How did you get started in bodybuilding?
I’ve Always Loved Bodybuilding, since I was young never thought I could compete, and it wasn’t until the age of 28 I did my first show and I had my first mentor and coach take me on and train me for my first NPC show and I took first in Novice middle weight and 3rd place in The Open Mid USA, not bad for a first timer competing, and when the odds were against me at the time tattoos and bodybuilding were still taboo in 08, felt good being an underdog doing so well my first show, and jumpstarting a new standard.

If you could give somebody only one fitness tip what would it be?
There should never be a bad Offseason, I believe if you are an athlete bulking process should be clean so when its time to cut its not hard and you have dense muscle not a ton of water and fat to drop when your in contest prep.
Tell us about your biggest bodybuilding/fitness influence?
Right Now At This Point My Coach Michael Donathan. He has taught me to keep the mind strong when trying to be the best the body follows the mind without a strong mind the body will fall, even if the body is the strongest in the world, a life mishap can affect the mind easily if its weak, if its strong the world could be falling down and you have a show in a couple weeks that goal can be made at any cost, you determine your outcome, not life’s mishaps.
