Kaged Muscle is one of the better supplement companies out there. Most of their products are of excellent quality.
Today we are going to take a look at their Outlive 100 greens powder supplement.
There are a lot of greens out there that taste like lawn clipping, so it should be interesting to see how the Kaged Muscle greens stack up to all the others I have tried.
It comes in Berry and Cinnamon Apple flavors. I have both of them and will be testing both of them out.
Let’s get started.
Outlive 100 by Kaged Muscle Review
Who is Kaged Muscle?
Kaged Muscle is a sports nutrition company that was founded by ex-pro bodybuilders Kris Gethin and Mike Murad.
They are based out of Salt Lake City, Utah in the United States.
All their products are made in the U.S.A in FDA and GMP-certified facilities.
They have an extensive line of supplements covering everything from pre-workouts to BCAA’s to protein powders and more.
Kaged Muscle’s mission is simple. They want to help people reach their fitness goals by providing them with high-quality products that work.
I would say they have a pretty solid reputation for putting out good products at reasonable prices.

Outlive 100 Dosage
Directions on the tub say to mix 1 scoop of the greens powder with 10-14 oz of water. You could also mix it with your favorite fruit juice. I like to mix it with cranberry juice, but that’s pretty subjective.
Any Side Effects with Outlive 100?
I have not seen or heard of any side effects from using Outlive 100. This could be due to the fact that all of the ingredients are naturally derived. Some people may get a little gassy using this product, but for the most part, there aren’t any real side effects.
Price for Outlive 100 by Kaged Muscle
On their website, a tub of Outlive 100 costs $49.99 and contains 30 servings. This works out to be $1.67 per serving, which is a pretty good price for a greens powder. I’ve seen some green powders that are actually over $5 per serving, which is outrageous if you ask me.
Does Kaged Muscle Outlive 100 Work?
I think that Kaged Muscle Outlive 100 does work. I’ve been using it for over a week and noticed a slight difference in my energy levels and digestion. I’m not sure if it’s just the placebo effect, but I’ll take it!
I recommend this greens powder to anyone looking for a quality product at a reasonable price.
One thing that I don’t like is that the label says that it is a “power-shot of vitamins, minerals, and nutrients.” But then the label has no nutritional information on how much of each vitamin and mineral is in the product. You would think if you were going to brag about how many nutrients were in your product, you would put it on the label.
Kaged Muscle isn’t the only ones who do this; probably half of the greens powders out there also don’t list the vitamins and minerals, which seems strange.
Anyway, since we can’t see what vitamins and minerals there are in Outlive 100, we just have to guess by looking at the ingredient profile.
From what I can see, Outlive 100 appears to be a tad low on quality greens ingredients like wheatgrass and chlorella. It has a good mix of both green vegetables and fruits, as well as some digestive enzymes and fiber.
Overall if you want something heavy on the greens, this might not be for you, but it is loaded with over 30 quality ingredients, so I would say it is likely pretty high in vitamins and minerals. I just wish they would put it on the label.
Kaged Muscle Return Policy
Kaged Muscle is so confident in its products that if you don’t think they meet your needs, send it back within 30 days and get everything refunded.
Taste of Kaged Muscle
As you can see in the long and somewhat dull video below, I bought and tried both the Berry and Apple Cinnamon. I would give both flavors a thumbs up, not too sweet and not too grassy tasting.
If I had to grade them on the flavor, I would give the Apple Cinnamon and A- and the Berry flavor a B+. Both were good, but the Apple Cinnamon was a tad better.
Sorry, the audio is terrible.
Reviews for Outlive 100
As with reviews on just about anything out there, there were both positive and negative reviews. Most people liked it; many said it was the best tasting greens they had tried, and others called it “delicious.”
For the negative reviews, some said it didn’t mix well, which I didn’t experience, and others said it tasted terrible. I’m not sure what they were expecting. Maybe it is the first greens supplement they have ever tried, and they were expecting it to taste like Kool-Aid. Outlive 100 has an excellent taste compared to other greens supplements out there.
Pros and Cons with Outlive 100 From Kaged Muscle
- 30 Day money-back guarantee
- Very good taste on both flavors
- Reasonable Price
- No artificial Sweeteners
- All organic
- Doesn’t use proprietary blends
- Not much nutritional information on the label
- Underdosed on Wheat Grass and Spirulina
I recommend Kaged Muscle Outlive 100 to anyone looking for a quality greens powder at a reasonable price. It has a great taste and is loaded with over 30 quality organic ingredients. The only downside is the lack of nutritional information, and it also has a couple of underdosed ingredients. I think it makes up for those underdosed ingredients with all of the other ingredients, though.
Overall this is one I would definitely recommend.
