The Fat Annihilator Workout

You are looking to get rid of some bodyfat? Great, you have come to the right place.

Extra body fat can be a real pain. It isn’t going to go away fast but it will go away if you work hard.

We have a great workout here for that is guaranteed to help you blast fat. The thing is there are other factors that go into burning fat besides just the workout though. Diet is a very big factor and there are also things like weight training and rest. We have laid all that out for you in our article 10 Rules of Fat Burning. For this article, we are just going to focus on a good fat burning workout though.

This workout won’t be easy mind you, of course fat burning is hard work so you should expect it to be tough and it is.

This isn’t a HIIT fat burning workout, this one is a bit longer. It will likely take 45 minutes to an hour┬ádepending on what kind of shape you are in.

You should use a treadmill for this workout but if you don’t have one or have a gym membership you can still do the workout. Just ignore the part that says to incline the treadmill and pick up the pace instead. It likely won’t be quite as effective without the treadmill but it will still be a good workout for sure.




All treadmill running should be done at a medium pace, whether flat on an inclined.

The Fat Annihilator Workout

Treadmill Run – 5 minutes
Treadmill Run – 5 minutes at 5% incline

3 sets of:

Push ups – 20 reps
Pull-ups – 15 reps
Weighted crunches – 50 reps
Rest 2 minutes

Treadmill Run – 5 minutes
Treadmill Run – 5 minutes at 5% incline

3 sets of:

Jump squats – 15 reps
Alternating lunges 15 reps
Bicycle Crunches 50 reps
Rest 2 minutes

Treadmill Run – 5 minutes
Treadmill Run – 5 minutes at 5% incline

End workout

Scale back as needed. This workout really isn’t for newbies. If you are unable to do pull-up you can also substitute an inverted row.

There it is. Train hard, diet right and annihilate that fat!
