CrossFit workout Fran has been known to make men cry like babies. You know the drill, thrusters followed by pull-ups for 21, 15 then nine reps for time. Doesn’t sound that bad, until you try it, especially if you don’t do CrossFit. Steve Cook is a bodybuilder, not a Crossfitter. He headed into CrossFit Dixie to show them what a bodybuilder can do with one of CrossFit’s most infamous workouts. See if he rocks it or if he gets his butt kicked below.
